Netsis Revised Order and Deleted Order Notifications

The amount changes experienced in orders opened on Netsis are instantly notified to the relevant units via an automatic system and forwarded to the desired units within the scope of the work carried out to increase internal communication.

The work content is provided by the trigger created on the Netsis ERP database (TBLSIPATRA) on the SQL server.

The same functionality is applied to the deleted orders and it is the automatic mail notification sent within the scope of the deletion of the orders opened through Netsis for any reason.

It is aimed to ensure the control of the raw material that reaches the critical level in the warehouse beforehand and to inform the Planning and Production Units in this context.

In Netsis Stock Planning Records, Min. Order Qty. And the system works based on the amount information to be determined in the Max. Order Quantity Fields.

The view created on the SQL Server automatically sends e-mails to Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing Units at certain time periods of the day via SQL JOP. In this way, pre-production stock balances are kept under control.
